This hybrid workflow enables them to ingest over 10TB/day from remote production locations, reducing their ingest process from weeks to days and saving over $40k/season in media transit costs. They also have a near real time back up copy of all active project media, ensuring that if there is ever an unforeseen disruption to their on-site infrastructure, their editors can continue working from PMC.
